Motor neurone disease is something I knew very little about until last year 2021 after a friends son in law James Ellary was diagnosed with this cruel disease at age of just 22 years old .
James Ellary, was your normal 22 year old who enjoyed life with two young children, he had plenty to look forward to .
James was officially diagnosed with mnd in January 2021,
James had a very rapid form of mnd and died on 5th June 2021 just 6 months after diagnosis at 23 years old .
Last year I was lucky enough to gain a ballot place for London Marathon and it seemed to good an opportunity to miss to try and raise some much need funds for this amazing charity in James name .
It will be a privilege to run and raise money for the motor neurone disease association for all the mnd angels ,the mnd warriors and for those who will one day get the devastating diagnosis .
Every £1 raised is a £1 closer to finding a cure 

Training hasn’t gone to plan so lots of walking will be involved but hopefully I can complete it in the 8 hours ..
